ACCURACY: Rep counts and step measurements are estimates and may be inaccurate. Camera-based detection has limited form checking. Do not rely on the app for precise medical or athletic measurements.

This Privacy Policy describes how RepLock ("App," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application on Android and iOS.
By using RepLock, you agree to this Policy. See also our Terms of Use.

3. Scope
This Policy applies to the RepLock mobile app (bundle ID com.pushup.screentime.replock) and related services. It does not cover third-party apps you choose to block or websites you visit outside our App.

Camera
Used for on-device rep counting. Video is not uploaded to our servers.
Usage Access (Android)
Measures time in blocked apps. We do not read content inside other apps.
Accessibility Service (Android)
Detects foreground app package name to show block screen. We do not read passwords, typed text, messages, or screen content. This is not a system accessibility tool (isAccessibilityTool: false).
Family Controls (iOS)
Lets you select apps to manage via Apple's API.

10. International Transfers
Data may be processed outside your country (including the United States). We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
11. Retention
- On-device data: until you delete it or uninstall the App
- Cloud data: per Firebase/RevenueCat policies or until you request deletion
- Analytics/crash: per Google's retention settings
12. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port data, and withdraw consent.

We respond within applicable legal timeframes.
13. Account & Deletion
We create an anonymous Firebase identifier — not a traditional login account. To request deletion of cloud-linked data, email sczgamesinfo@gmail.com. Uninstalling the App removes local data from your device.
14. Children
RepLock is intended for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. Contact us to request deletion if you believe a child provided data.
15. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (TLS). No method is 100% secure. Emergency bypass PIN is stored locally — protect your device.
16. Automated Decisions
We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Rep counting uses on-device algorithms, not profiling for employment or credit.
17. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or via store update notes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

1. Agreement & Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using RepLock ("App," "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Definitions
- "Developer" means Seyfi Can Zeyrek, Izmir, Türkiye
- "App" means RepLock mobile application
- "Content" means in-app text, graphics, and software
- "You" means the individual end user
3. Eligibility & Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use RepLock. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Account
RepLock may assign an anonymous identifier via Firebase for cloud-linked features. This is not a traditional account with login credentials. You are responsible for securing your device.
5. License Grant (including Apple EULA)
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control.
Apple iOS users: This license is between you and the Developer only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it. See Apple Minimum EULA terms in full: acknowledgement, scope, warranty/refund via Apple, product claims, IP claims, export compliance, third-party terms, and beneficiary clause — as set forth in our Apple EULA fragment.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
6. System Permissions
RepLock requires certain permissions to function. You may revoke permissions in device settings, but features may stop working.
- Camera: on-device rep counting
- Usage Access / Family Controls: screen time blocking
- Accessibility (Android): foreground app detection only — not a system accessibility tool
- Notifications: reminders and push
You agree not to grant permissions on devices you do not own without authorization.
7. Service Description & Limits
RepLock is a voluntary self-control wellbeing tool. It is not parental surveillance, employer monitoring, or a mandatory lock.
We do not guarantee:
- 100% blocking of apps (users may bypass via settings, uninstall, emergency bypass, or OS limits)
- Specific reductions in screen time or fitness results
- Uninterrupted service or error-free rep counts
Blocking is best-effort and depends on Android/iOS permissions and device manufacturer behavior. Third-party apps and app stores are outside our control.
8. Health & Exercise Disclaimer

Exercise features are for general fitness only. Consult a physician before exercise if you have health risks. Rep counts may be inaccurate. You assume all risks of injury. Do not use in emergencies. Camera video is processed on-device and not uploaded.
9. Subscriptions & Payment
Premium features require a subscription via Apple App Store or Google Play, managed by RevenueCat.

- EU/UK: statutory withdrawal rights may apply; digital content may require express consent for immediate delivery
10. Advertising
Free users may see ads via Google AdMob. Ad partners may collect identifiers per our Privacy Policy. Consent is collected where required (UMP).
11. User Conduct
You agree not to: misuse the App; use it on others' devices without consent; circumvent blocking for unlawful purposes; interfere with the Service; or violate applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
RepLock and its Content are owned by the Developer. You receive only the limited license in §5.
13. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference and describes data practices including cloud services (Firebase, RevenueCat, AdMob).
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. See risk allocation fragment.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR USD $50. No exclusion of liability where prohibited by law.
16. Indemnification
You indemnify the Developer for claims from your misuse or Terms violations, except where prohibited by consumer law.
17. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend access for violations. Local data is removed on uninstall; contact sczgamesinfo@gmail.com for cloud data deletion.
18. Dispute Resolution

- Governing law: Republic of Türkiye, with mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence preserved

Apple Minimum EULA Terms Fragment (EN)
Per Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Minimum Terms for EULA):
APPLE-01 Acknowledgement: This EULA is between you and Seyfi Can Zeyrek only, not Apple. Seyfi Can Zeyrek is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.
APPLE-02 Scope of License: Non-transferable license to use RepLock on Apple-branded devices you own or control, per Apple Usage Rules and App Store Terms.
APPLE-03 Maintenance: Seyfi Can Zeyrek is solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support.
APPLE-04 Warranty: If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation. Other claims are the developer's responsibility, subject to applicable law.
APPLE-05 Product Claims: Seyfi Can Zeyrek, not Apple, is responsible for product claims, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims, subject to applicable law limits.
APPLE-06 IP Claims: Seyfi Can Zeyrek, not Apple, is responsible for investigation and defense of third-party IP infringement claims.
APPLE-07 Export: You represent you are not located in an embargoed country and are not on a prohibited party list.

We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free rep counting, specific fitness outcomes, reduced screen time, or complete blocking of third-party apps.
Limitation of Liability (§15)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEYFI CAN ZEYREK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
Nothing limits liability where prohibited by law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct).
Indemnification (§16)
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized installation on devices you do not own or control, except to the extent prohibited by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Consumer Law Carve-Out
Mandatory consumer rights under Turkish, EU/EEA, UK, or US state law remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.

Informal Resolution

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain in effect where they provide you greater protection.
Courts & Forum (B2C)
You and we agree that courts in Izmir, Türkiye have non-exclusive jurisdiction. You may also bring claims in courts with jurisdiction under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence (including EU/EEA/UK consumer forum rules).
We do not claim exclusive jurisdiction that would deprive consumers of mandatory protections.
No Arbitration (Current)
Binding arbitration and class action waivers are not included in this version (dispute.arbitration.enabled: false).
Turkish Consumers
Under Turkish Consumer Law (6502), unfair terms limiting consumer forum rights may be void. Mandatory consumer court jurisdiction is preserved.
EU/EEA/UK Consumers
You benefit from mandatory provisions of your local consumer protection and data protection laws. You may bring proceedings in your Member State of residence where required by Brussels I / UK CPR.
Subscription & IAP Fragment (EN)
Auto-Renewal
Premium subscriptions (monthly and annual) automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account will be charged for renewal.
Free Trials
If offered, unused trial portions are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel subscriptions only through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. We cannot cancel or refund subscriptions directly. Refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies.
Restore Purchases
